The course focused on Figma UI, and UX design is very well organized. As I wrote in the previous entry, Daniel Scott prepared a whole file with tools useful for learning and understandable document with projects connected to the skills we are learning. The tasks are building on each other, and we are creating a mobile website for our imaginary products.

I felt a significant change in this week’s lessons. We moved from “how to create stuff” to “how to create a system for our design.” We learned about components and their variants. I would explain it like a “sticker”: We created a design and added it to components that helped us replicate the “sticker” on different frames. The best thing is that if I edit the original component, it is automatically edited in their copies as well.
These lessons were more overwhelming than the previous ones because you start to feel like a complex designer, and you feel the pressure to create a functioning system and not just design that works well one time. we also prototyped the pages and created a flow connecting them between each other.
